Purslane boast bright, tropical looking flowers on succulent, water retaining foliage.  Portulaca is ideal for beds, containers, and hanging baskets with its trailing habit.  Purslane is heat and drought tolerant and grows 4-6 in. high and spreads 10 - 12 in.  Plant in sun.
